Vichta Select is growing rapidly and is building a strong network of independent recruiters and dealmakers across Belgium and Luxembourg.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant who wants to build their own client and candidate portfolio, supported by a flexible and entrepreneurial network.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process:

• building relationships with clients
• searching for and selecting candidates
• guiding candidates throughout the process
• negotiating and closing placements
• developing your own area of specialization (sales, engineering, finance, IT, etc.)

You will work directly with companies looking for talent at management and specialist level.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• at least 5 years of experience in recruitment or executive search
• strong commercial and relationship-building skills
• an entrepreneurial mindset
• a passion for talent and people
• independence and a strong sense of responsibility

Languages:

• Dutch
• French
• English
