As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for sourcing, selecting, and presenting the ideal candidates to our clients. You work on-site to support them in their recruitment process. You combine a commercial mindset with an understanding of human and organizational needs.
Tasks: Recruiting and selecting suitable profiles Monitoring ongoing recruitment assignments Maintaining good client relationships Advising on recruitment strategy and employer branding
Profile: Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) Excellent communication skills Flexible and solution-oriented Initial experience in HR is an asset Fluent in Dutch and French
